Tried the recovery sampler package and it was an awesome experience. I got to try the Normatec leg compression, red light sauna, and cryotherapy. All of it was new for me. As a runner who just did 10 miles, the cryo was hands down my favorite. It legit sorted me out almost instantly. Super cool to try different recovery sessions in one visit. Definitely coming back and bringing friends with me. Highly recommend!!

This is an excellent recovery facility. I tried the Normatec boots for the first time and it helped relive the soreness I had in my legs. The staff was great and the prices were affordable. I will definitely go back and will recommend this facility to anyone.

Received a membership as a Christmas gift for Sauna/Cold Plunge, but also included in my membership was NormaTec compression therapy. I had been dealing with a deadlifting injury that had kept me out of the gym with pain and stiffness everyday in my hips and lower back. The NormaTec hip compression attachment is INCREDIBLY helpful and my mobility is back and the pain/stiffness is just about gone in my hips and lower back...it was a blessing to find.
In addition the staff is very friendly/helpful and the facility is always super clean. If you're looking into sauna/cold plunge with the ability to recover with compression then look into the memberships, it's been great!

I had a great experience at Athlete Recovery Room! I came in for an Assisted Stretching appointment through the ClassPass app, and I worked with Althea, the owner. We worked on hip and shoulder mobility and I was able to achieve a lot of stretches that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to physically do on my own. She was also very intentional and mindful during the entire session, making sure the stretches were tolerable, not too painful or uncomfortable, if I could notice a difference with different stretches, etc. I’ll definitely come back again soon!

This is an amazing spot for anyone focused on health and wellness. I regularly use their infrared sauna, red light therapy, and cold plunge, and the benefits for my recovery and overall well-being have been soooooooo good. The services help both physically and mentally, and the flexible booking hours make it easy to fit sessions into my day. I feel really grateful for this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking to prioritize their health!

I had an awesome experience at Athlete Recovery Room! I did the full-body Cryo, Normatec, and assisted stretching, and felt amazing afterward. The Cryo really helped with muscle soreness, and the stretching was exactly what I needed to loosen up. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking to recover the right way!

I highly recommend!! My massage with Gabby went really well.
On first impression, the building it’s in seemed a little sketch, but the staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. After reviewing my paperwork from check-in, Gabby asked multiple questions to make sure she understood what my goals for the session were, and explained why she did certain releases the way she did throughout. I really appreciated her communication, and she did a great job on the massage itself.

We are visiting from California, here for a cheer competition and found ARR via yelp.
Our daughter, 9, injured her elbow and we knew red light and cryo were the way to go.
Athlete Recovery Room was so accommodating! We phoned to make an appointment and they fit us right in. They were so welcoming and made us so comfortable for our daughter.
They were informative on what would be most helpful and so knowledgeable about each therapy available and their benefits.
We did red light therapy and Cryo and came back for a second visit.
It helped and improved mobility as well as reducing the pain in her elbow.
We were so blessed by their kindness and heart to help our daughter feel better.
Because of them, our daughter was able to compete with confidence and move on to finals.
Finals are tomorrow and we had to come in for another treatment because we were so appreciative of the results.

This place is my haven. About a year ago I got very big into weight lifting again, and because of ARR I can workout like I’m 20 again. I’m 38 and I’ve never felt better. Cryo is incredible, the sauna is so nice, and the compression sleeves 🤌. I’ve even noticed I’m happier in general 🤷🏻

Relaxing environment for the best quality care & recovery in Orlando. Facilities are clean, staff is welcoming. Gabbi is an awesome massage practitioner that also recommends post-massage tips, stretches to enhance your recovery outside of the Recovery Room.

I love all the recovery options! Cryro has been my go to for recovery after challenging workouts or long runs. NormaTec is the cherry on top providing compression massage to achy muscles.

Both of my daughters play sports and definitely get much needed recovery during and after 2, 3, and 4-day tournaments and tough practices. I first brought my eldest here to help keep her recovery on track after an injury. The Normatec and cryo really helped and continue to. It's definitely been a great experience in every way and we've nothing but nice things to say. I only wish my girls could take them on the road for their travel tournaments.

I started going to go to the Athlete Recovery Room because I have an injury in my hand and I have read that cryotherapy helps with inflammation.
Doing cryotherapy is hard. At least for me, but I feel that it helps my recovery process.
Everyone at the Athlete Recovery Room is very nice and supportive. They are always willing to help and explain anything I ask.
I also like that they offer Infrared Sauna, NormaTec & massage services. You should schedule a theragun session with Will, he is great!
If you stop by, ask for the Owner Althea or Will. They will take good care of you and will help you recover due to exercise or any injury.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend it!
