Running Form Analysis

This video-based running gait analysis helps identify movement patterns that may affect efficiency, comfort, and injury risk. The running form assessment will help runners, triathletes, and other athletes better understand how they move while running. Using side and rear video views, we analyze key areas of your running mechanics, including posture, foot strike, cadence, hip stability, knee tracking, arm swing, and overall movement efficiency.

Ideal for: runners who want to improve performance, reduce unnecessary stress on the body, or better understand movement patterns that may contribute to recurring aches, fatigue, or injury risk. Whether you are training for your first 5K, preparing for a marathon, returning from injury, or adding run training to triathlon or sport performance, a running form analysis gives you clear, visual feedback you can actually understand.

At Athlete Recovery Room in Orlando, our goal is to make performance testing practical and actionable. Your results are reviewed with you so you can see what is happening in your running form and learn where small adjustments may help improve efficiency, comfort, and consistency.
