  1. Fill out intake form and testing paperwork
  2. Receive testing instructions
  3. Get fitted with a VO2 mask
  4. Attached Heart Rate Strap
  5. Start Testing- duration usually 10-20 min
  6. Increase pace or incline at 1 min increments
  7. VO2 Max Test Ends
  8. Continue walking on treadmill for recovery period
